Prestressed concrete pipe
Pipes with inner diameter of 400~1400 mm can be used in pipes with working pressure of 0.4~1.2 mpa.Maximum pipe diameter reaches 4000 mm when working pressure is less than 0.4 mpa.Adopt socket and socket joint and circular section rubber ring seal to stop water.There are two kinds of tube making technology: pipe core winding wire and vertical vibration extrusion.The mark of concrete shall not be lower than 400, and the high strength cold drawn steel wire shall be used for prestressed reinforcement.
