Spiral seam submerged arc welded steel tube sy5036-83 is mainly used for conveying oil and natural gas pipelines.Spiral welded high frequency steel tube sy5038-83 for confined fluid transport, welded by high frequency lap welding method, spiral welded high frequency steel tube for confined fluid transport.The steel pipe has strong bearing capacity and good plasticity, which is convenient for welding and processing.Spiral seam arc-welded steel tube sy5037-83 is generally used for low-pressure fluid transportation. It is made by double-sided automatic submerged arc welding or single-side welding method and used for water, gas, air, steam and other general low-pressure fluid transportation.


The commonly used standards for spiral steel tubes are generally divided into :SY/ t5037-2000 (ministry standard, also known as spiral seam submerged arc welded steel tubes for ordinary fluid conveying pipelines), GB/ t9711.1-1997 (national standard, also known as technical delivery conditions for oil and gas industry conveying steel tubes part 1: a-grade steel tubes (GB/T9711.2 b-grade steel tubes with strict requirements), api-5l (American petroleum institute, also known as pipeline steel tubes);It is divided into PSL1 and PSL2 grades) and SY/ t5040-92 (spiral seam submerged arc welding steel pipe for pile).folding



the welding material should be baking and preservation in accordance with the following requirements: electrode, flux should be placed in ventilated, dry and at room temperature is not lower than 5 ℃ set up warehouses, establish special custody, baking and extend, and shall timely make a good record of the measured temperature and electrode.Baking temperature and baking time shall be strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.After baking electrode should be stored in a 100-150 ℃ constant temperature box, coated should not fall off and obvious crack.The welding rod used on site shall be loaded into the insulation tube. The time of the electrode in the insulation tube shall not exceed 4h. After that, the electrode shall be baked again and the number of repeated baking shall not exceed 2 times.Remove rust and grease before using the welding wire.5, in case of drafts or wind velocity of over 8 m/s wind and rain, snow and temperature below 5 ℃, relative humidity above 90%, the welds should be reliable protection measures, to ensure that the welding place it needs enough temperature, welding skills is not affected, before welding.
