ASTM A53 seamless steel tube refers to the foreign standard steel tube grade, which is also known as American brand number.A53-f corresponds to q235 material in China, a53-a to 10# material in China, and a53-b to 20# material in China.Hot rolled steel pipe delivered in hot rolled or heat treated condition;Hot rolled seamless steel tube production process: tube heating perforation three roll cross rolling,
continuous rolling tube release sizing cooling straightening hydraulic test marking warehousing lever effect seamless steel tube, will be detected.Production process of cold-drawn seamless steel tube: tube blank heating punching punching annealing pickling oil painting multiple cold-drawn billet tube heat treatment straightening hydraulic test marking warehousing.In terms of wall thickness, cold-drawn seamless steel tube is better than hot-rolled seamless steel tube in uniform merger and reorganization, and the surface roughness is better.
