On February 26, 2019, the us Commerce Department announced on imports from China of steel shelves (SteelRacks) to make a preliminary anti-dumping: forced responses to an initial determination enterprise nanjing dongsheng racking manufacturing co., Ltd. (NanjingDongshengShelfManufacturingCo., Ltd.) dumping margin of 18.08%, China's widespread dumping margin of 144.50%, the single tax rate of exporters/manufacturers list (see link) dumping margin of 18.08%.A final ruling is expected on July 18, 2019.The case involves products under us harmonized tariff codes 7326.90.8688, 9403.20.0080 and 9403.90.8041, and some products under 7308.90.3000, 7308.90.6000, 7308.90.9590 and 9403.20.0090.On July 11, 2018, should the domestic organization CoalitionforFairRackImports application submitted on June 20, 2018, the us Commerce Department announced on imports from China of steel shelves to launch anti-subsidy and anti-dumping investigation.On August 3, 2018, the U.S. international trade commission (USITC) voted to impose preliminary anti-dumping and countervailing industry injury rulings on steel shelves imported from China.
