Mexico made a definitive anti-dumping final ruling on the UK's carbon steel tubina with straight lonaitudinal seams and formally imposed an anti-dumping duty of 5.91%. On December 18. 2015.Mexico made the first anti-dumping sunset review final ruling on the products involved in the UK case and maintained the anti-dumpina duties on the products involved in the UK case with a validity period of 5 vears On Decemher 10 2019. Mexico initiated the second anti-dumping sunset review investigation against the products involved in the UK case. The dumping investigation period in this case is from October 1.2018 to September 30. 2019, and the damage investigation period is from October 1. 2014 to September 30. 2019.
