Eurasian Economic Union Extends Anti Dumpinq Measures For Seamless Steel Tubes Of Oil And Qas Wells In China

On August 14, 2020, the internal market protection department of the Eurasian Economic Commission issued announcement No. 2020/227/AD16R1 in the official gazette of the Eurasian Economic Union, According to the Resolution No. 98 of the Eurasian Economic Commission, the anti-dumpino measures for the imported seamless steel tubes for oil and natural qas exploration from China are extended to May 12, 2021.On Auqust 18, 2015, the Eurasian Economic Commission issued Resolution No.101, imposing anti-dumping duty on seamless steel tubes for oil and natural qas exploration originating in China, with the tax rate of2 23.31 00%. At the same time, it has reached a price commitment with some Chinese enterprises, and no anti-dumping duty will be imposed on enterprises with price commitment agreements. On May 13, 2020, the Eurasian Economic Commission issued announcement No. 2020/213/AD16R1 on its official website, deciding to launch the first sunset review investigation on the products involved in the case.
