According to the experimental results, "hair-like" cracks were generated when the flattening amount was 1% of the pipe diameter. When the flattening amount was 6-9%, the mortar coating began to crack and peeled off when the pipe diameter reached 30%.This must not be allowed during construction.The minimum flatness is 15 mm for DN1100 pipe and 21 mm for DN1800 pipe.Therefore, as the pipe diameter increases, the amount of flattening that produces cracks also increases.It is not easy to bend and deform when the diameter of anticorrosive steel pipe is large.Flat pipe diameter is not easy and easy to bend.It can be concluded that it is not easy for slurry coated steel pipe to flake off due to bending.With a pipe diameter of 200 mm, the length of 9 meters of the pipe, both ends, the middle of the load, bending to rao is 310 mm, mortar is still not affected.In addition, the two ends of the pipe end are hoisted by the crane, and the mercy caused by the dead weight is much smaller than the mercy in the above experiment, which has no influence on the coating.Cement mortar lined anticorrosive steel pipe is used for: municipal engineering: suitable for high-rise building water supply, heat supply network, tap water engineering, gas transmission, buried water transmission and other pipelines.Petroleum: petroleum transportation pipeline, chemical industry, pharmacy, printing and dyeing and other industries conveying corrosive medium process pipeline.Sewage treatment: sewage treatment discharge pipe, sewage pipe and biological pool corrosion protection engineering agriculture: agricultural irrigation pipe, deep well pipe, drainage pipe network, corrosion resistance is better than steel structure is conducive to the fire resistance and fire prevention of steel pipe.
