  1. Weld clearance control device is adopted to ensure that the weld clearance meets the welding requirements, and pipe diameter, amount of offset and weld clearance are strictly controlled.Single wire or double wire submerged arc welding shall be adopted for the butt joint of strip head and tail, and automatic submerged arc welding shall be adopted for the repair welding after the steel pipe is rolled.

  2. All welds after welding are checked by online continuous ultrasonic automatic flaw detector, ensuring the coverage of nondestructive testing of spiral welds.If there are defects, automatic alarm and spray mark, production workers according to this at any time to adjust the process parameters, timely eliminate the defects.Before forming, the strip is straightened, cut and planed, and the surface is cleaned, transported and bent.

  3. The electric contact pressure gauge is used to control the pressure of pressing down the oil cylinder on both sides of the conveyor to ensure the smooth conveying of the strip steel.6 after cutting into single steel tubes, each batch of steel tubes shall be subject to a strict first inspection system to check the mechanical properties of welding seams, chemical composition, melting state, surface quality of steel tubes as well as nondestructive inspection to ensure that the pipe making process is qualified before it can be formally put into production.

  4. where there are continuous acoustic inspection marks on the welds, manual ultrasonic inspection and X-ray inspection shall be conducted. If there are defects, they shall be repaired and then nondestructive inspection shall be conducted again until the defects are confirmed to have been eliminated.
